The 72-hour Sprint
Day 1: Explore & Design
The first day focuses on understanding the challenge and designing solutions. The agenda includes a welcome, a detailed introduction to the problem, team formation, and mentorship sessions for problem analysis and design thinking.
Day 2: Build & Prototype
The second day is dedicated to prototyping. Teams refine their core idea, build minimum viable products, and develop functional mock-ups or demos, supported by mentors.
Day 3: Pitch & Showcase
Finally, the third day is for the demo and pitch. The agenda includes presentation of prototypes, the delivery of pitches to the expert jury and the public, feedback sessions, and voting from the jury and public. The winner will be announced at the end of the day during the closing ceremony.
